Description:

Are you an L&D professional with substantial experience of working in a large organisation? Do you have experience of maximizing the effectiveness of an online learning platform? Do you have the knowledge and drive to advance our elective and personal development offer?
If yes, we have an exciting new opportunity for someone who has a passion for elective development to help shape the future of East London NHS Foundation Trust’s training and development offer.
The post holder will be a key contributor to the planning, design, delivery and commissioning of a range of elective and personal development courses, including soft skills and IT.
To oversee and manage the Organisational Appraisal system, including systems management, training delivery and regular reporting to ensure achievement of appraisal completion targets
Work closely with key stakeholders and subject experts across the Trust in leading the design and delivery of Corporate and Management Induction programmes
To maintain and introduce new and emerging thinking into an existing offer of learning and development programmes
