Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE.

You will join our national team of Learning & Development Advisors, working in partnership with Operations Managers, Quality & Compliance team and Service Managers to support staff in services with their learning & development requirements. Delivering mandatory training online and face to face, ensuring KPI’s are met and maintained.

About You

  • Working as part of a team you will be home based but able to drive with access to your own vehicle.
  • The role may require you to stay away from home at times, so a flexible attitude is key with the ability to manage own time.
  • Experience of delivering training in a virtual setting and face to face essential.
  • Familiarity of working with an LMS system preferred but can be given training.
  • A background or knowledge of Health and Social Care or the charitable sector essential.
  • A Teaching/training qualification beneficial although training can be provided for the right applicant.
  • Experience of delivering or a working knowledge of First Aid Training.
  • Proficient IT Skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe.
  • Able to work in isolation as well as part of a team with excellent communication skills.

A positive can-do attitude, confident in training delivery and extremely well organised.
