Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

As the Learning & Development Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the organisation’s learning culture. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve identifying training needs, developing strategic learning initiatives, implementing effective training programs, and evaluating their effectiveness. You will work closely with business leaders, driving performance improvement through tailored learning and development strategies. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on the organisation’s success by promoting a culture of continuous learning.

  • Identify organisational training needs through consultation with business leaders
  • Develop strategic learning initiatives aligned with business objectives
  • Implement effective training programs that enhance employee skills and performance
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements
  • Partner with business leaders to drive performance improvement through learning and development strategies
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning within the organisation

The ideal candidate for this Learning & Development Business Partner role will bring proven experience in a similar position.
