Responsibilities:

As a pivotal member of our Learning and Development department, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the seamless preparation, delivery, and evaluation of training events. Your responsibilities will include liaising with line managers, external providers, and attendees to courses, while providing proactive support to our Head of Learning & Development.
With your exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail, you’ll coordinate training events, manage travel arrangements, and maintain accurate training records. Your ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously will be crucial as you assist in projects and flexibly adapt to business changes and growth plans.
