Description:

An exciting temporary opportunity has become available to join a well respected professional services business located in Sydney’s CBD. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating impactful learning experiences and possess a strong background in instructional design, training facilitation, and organisational development.
Reporting to the head of Organisational Design, you will provide L+D support to your client groups to achieve its corporate objectives.

Key elements of the role will include, but not limited to:

  • Collaborate with executive leaders to assess learning and development needs and objectives
  • Design and develop customised learning solutions aligned with organisational goals and industry best practices
  • Discovery and design of blended learning solutions
  • Facilitation of on-boarding in a large multicultural organisation
  • Create engaging and interactive learning materials, including e-learning modules, instructor-led training materials, and job aids
  • Conduct evaluations to measure the effectiveness of learning programs and make recommendations for improvement.
