We are looking for a Learning & Development Consultant to join our team and support both our existing and newly appointed mortgage & protection experts, this will also overlap into case managers and mortgage administrators.

SKILLS & KPI REVIEWS:

  • Collaborate with L&D Lead to review and monitor KPIs.
  • Utilise MI to assess sales conversions and address underperformance.
  • Support skills matrix reviews and set expectations for improvement.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

  • CeMAP 1,2 & 3
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in Learning and Development / Training role within Financial services is required.
  • A strong background and extensive knowledge of both Mortgage and Protection products is essential.

SKILLS & BEHAVIOURS:

  • Confident and proactive approach to improve customer experience, sales performance and quality metrics.
  • Great attention to detail.
  • Work independently and manage workloads to achieve set targets.
  • You have brilliant communication and listening skills.
  • You are a self-motivator who can work at a fast pace.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive training for new and existing mortgage and protection experts, case managers and mortgage administrators.
  • Ensure positive onboarding experience and adherence to company values.
  • Provide training on internal systems and uniform processes.
  • Monitor day-to-day activities and support in maintaining CPD logs.
  • Allocate mandatory training company wide within our Access/LMS training platform.
  • Maintain FCA registrations, ensuring they are accurate and up to date.
