Description:
MUST HAVE: MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- High school degree.
- Fluent in English level (Verbal and Writing)
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
- Tact discretion on information.
- Efficient communication with ER Partners and managers if it´s require.
- Analytical thinking resolution.
- Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
- Flexible and resourceful – able to handle last minute changes/requests and unexpected challenges by finding solutions, managing deadlines.
- Experience with high visibility programs/projects.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Proactive team player.

Responsibilities:
- Provide project oversight as assigned for either the Learning Teams and/or Talent Acquisition
- Coordinate logistics including contracting hotel/restaurant space, transportation and catering. Set up facilities; determine security requirements, audio visual/technology needs, and materials/inventory for programs.
- Administer systems and manage information by reporting data, completing data entry, utilizing data to draw conclusions and making recommendations.
- Manage budget including tracking program expenses, paying invoices, processing PO’s, and implementing cost saving methods to keep programs under budget
- Manage communications includes drafting and disseminating written communication to program participants, managers, presenters, and leaders
- Manage projects by adequately tracking status of project deliverables, maintaining and updating the project plan
- Provides centralized human resource administration and support across a variety of processes and programs including Global Rewards, Global Talent & Leadership Development, Global HR Operations and Employee Relations.
- Collaborates across the Human Resources function to establish operational standards and procedures that are leveraged to respond to employee and manager questions, ensures transactions are processed accurately and human resource programs and processes are administered effectively and efficiently
