An exciting part time position (4 days per week) is available in RAA’s Organisation Development team. This role will provide administrative support to plan, develop, and deliver across various key business wide initiatives and programs that support learning and organisation development activities.
The Learning & Development Coordinator will provide a professional, consistent, and cohesive support function within the team. This is a great opportunity for a motivated HR/L&D professional to contribute and support our people and culture during a period of growth. Key activities include:
- Efficient management of the L&D inbox, annual training calendar and coordinate logistics for virtual and face-to-face training sessions.
- Collaboration with HRBPs and business-specific L&D teams to effectively plan enrolments and attendance in enterprise-wide learning initiatives.
- Build, maintain, and utilise reports for planning and monitoring L&D activities, ensuring data integrity.
- Manage the effective use of the Learning Management System (ELMO) and uphold standard L&D processes through documentation.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of eLearning modules.
- Provide support in the administration and reporting of surveys and development activities.
- Assist in co-facilitation of both face-to-face and virtual training sessions if required.
- Handle POs, receipt invoices, and maintain records.
