Responsibilities:
As the Learning & Development Executive, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Support in the preparation and planning of the Learning & Development department’s goals and objectives.
- Ensure learning and development programs meet hotel objectives.
- Plan and facilitate new hire orientation.
- Organize and coordinate cross trainings, in-house and external programmes.
- Assist to maintain training and talent management policies.
- Support in the analysis of learning data and implementation of training strategies.
- Deal effectively with team members at workplace from a variety of cultures.
- Offer support and advice on personal development plans to team members.
- Participate and execute recruitment activities in schools, colleges, and universities and communicate with trainees and render support during their internship period.
- Update the training calendar with all relevant information and provide support to all departmental trainers with their training where necessary.
- Well-verse in Hilton’s learning management system and its resources available to provide strong support and guidance to users.
- Assist in the implementation of recognition programs.
