DO YOU HAVE SEVERAL YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN THE FIELD OF LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT AND THE MOTIVATION TO BRING OUR L&D LANDSCAPE TO THE NEXT LEVEL?

As our Learning & Development Expert, you will sit in the driver’s seat of all L&D aspects: leadership development, personal growth, trainings, DEI programs, feedback processes, performance management, surveys, etc. You will build on our current L&D landscape as well as introduce new ideas and strategies. Three members of our People & Culture team will support you, but you will be the expert and only team member who can dedicate their entire work time to L&D topics.

OPERATIONAL EXPERIENCE

  • You have at least 6 years of experience working in the field of Learning & Development, especially in
  • leadership development
  • trainings
  • company surveys
  • You have worked in a fast-paced startup environment before
  • You have experience with modern ways of learning (e.g. blended learning concepts) that match a hybrid working culture

Communication

  • Your communication style is always polite, respectful and sensitive toward cultural differences
  • Your English is fluent in speaking and writing

Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Design and implement a leadership development strategy
  • Ensure the professional development of Orbem’s team members
  • Create an efficient survey landscape in order to track and maintain the job satisfaction of Orbem’s team members
  • Build an Orbem training academy
  • Strengthen our feedback and performance management processes
  • Enhance our knowledge-sharing processes
  • Design and implement DEI program
