Your Profile

• Interest in the Learning & Development field, with experience in cooperation with training companies or employee development processes (e.g., leading on-the-job training for new employees or creating internal training documents and instructions).
• English proficiency at a minimum B2 level.
• Interest in learning and development tools and technologies.
• Very good understanding of Office 365 (Teams and MS Excel).
• Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Passion for people development and a customer-focused mindset.
• Education in L&D/HR-related fields will be an asset.
• Manage the LMS (Learning Management System) and e-learning courses.
• Diagnose learning needs, design workshops, and assess their efficiency.
• Create L&D materials and training documentation.
