COLLABORATING WITH DIFFERENT STAKEHOLDERS, THE LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT LEAD WILL:

  • Engage with partners to address capability needs/gaps and design training solutions
  • Develop and deliver of high-quality learning content, tools and programs
  • Implement blended training solutions (face-to-face, eLearn, external development)
  • Control Learning Management System (Cornerstone) including CPD reporting
  • Lead enrolments for compliance and professional development programs
  • Maintain relationships with vendors and industry bodies
  • Promote and develop L&D activities (calendar, events, webinars)
  • Ensure compliance training aligns with policies and licensing requirements
  • Improve L&D curriculum to support business growth
    Ideally, you will be experienced in a similar role within the Financial Services or Insurance industry and have a hands-on approach while being able to quickly build and leverage relationships across a wide stakeholder group. You will have a track record of optimally balancing multiple initiatives while delivering results.
    With demonstrated experience in L&D best practice and delivery, we are looking for someone looking to build and grow L&D, who has strong facilitation and collaboration skills. You enjoy the detail, communicating and problem solving. Ideally you will have experience working in Insurance or Fin Services, be tertiary qualified and have demonstrated experience managing and leading learning for growth.
