Learning & Development Manager for Conrad Dubai
A Learning and Development Manager for Conrad Dubai is a key role in maintaining cultural and organizational transformation through the development of functional excellence amongst Team Members.

Responsibilities:

As a Learning and Development Manager, you serve as an integral component of the Human Resources function by supporting learning and development initiatives through Hilton’s comprehensive training framework. You will lead multiple initiatives aimed to achieve and maintain hotel’s Forbes five-start rating over the years. Specifically, a Training Manager will perform the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • Plan and drive diverse programs, such as training and recognition initiatives to ensure implementation and consistent execution of Forbes Travel Guide standards across the hotel.
  • Initiate the necessary trainings and activities to maintain Conrad Dubai standards.
  • Foster continuous learning culture by cultivating and promoting a culture of continuous learning and development.
  • Organize, facilitate and monitor the effectiveness of onboarding programs along with required training documentation.
  • Support various departments in developing cutting-edge functional excellence and enhancing leadership capabilities.
  • Provide key input on training aspects for all activities and plans within the hotel.
  • Implement programs aimed at the continuous improvement of processes across different departments.
  • Induct, coach and mentor new Team Members through the implementation of a strong process.
  • Lead all Hilton-specific and Conrad Dubai required initiatives.
  • Partner with departments to deliver training programs and other organizational and leadership development intervention.
  • Guide and oversee Departmental Trainers’ initiatives to ensure alignment with and contribution to hotel business objectives.
  • Prepare annual training calendar for the hotel, aligning them with broader organizational goals and objectives.
  • Work closely with the Department Trainers’ initiatives to ensure alignment with and contribution to hotel business objectives.
  • Drive the performance management and succession planning processes in close collaboration with key stakeholders.
  • Foster talent development and growth by actively identifying and nurturing the potential of team members, encouraging their meaningful contribution to enhance hotel performance, retention and overall engagement.
  • Ensure the high quality of career development pathways, supporting both individuals and team development endeavors with a full focus on excellence
