Responsibilities:
As the Learning & Development Manager, you will drive and enable the development of learning initiatives throughout the organisation, championing best practice and tailored learning programs, to meet the diverse needs of both the corporate and regional workforce.
Travel will be required to facilitate learning to the regional workforce (NSW & VIC).
Key priorities will include;
- Lead the design and development of the L&D strategy & programs;
- Lead the graduate program and coordinate the scholarship program;
- Balancing technical and soft skill development;
- Budget management;
- Support managers through the performance review and development cycle;
- Implementing mental health and wellness initiatives;
- Collaborating with safety consultants to enhance practices;
- Data analysis and interpretation of common trends.
