JOB DESCRIPTION/REQUIREMENTS

As a Learning & Development Officer, you will be responsible for assisting in the design, implementation, and evaluation of various learning programs for our employees.
You will collaborate with different departments to identify training needs and develop engaging training materials. This is a great opportunity to make a positive impact on our employees’ growth and development.

REQUIREMENTS

To excel in this role, you should have a bachelor’s degree in a related field and a minimum of 5 - 8 years of experience in learning and development.
You should be knowledgeable about instructional design principles and have strong organizational and communication skills.
Experience with e-learning platforms and tools is a plus.
