Group HR works closely with the regions to define key priorities and policies to support business strategy.
So, what will you do?

As part of Group HR, you’ll join a community of thinkers, makers and shapers all working together whose main focuses are to:

  • Bea business partner and support the regions.
  • Develop best in class Human Resources policies (e.g. compensation) and processes (e.g. Performance Management, workforce planning, etc.) to be deployed and managed group wide.
  • Ensure group optimization, assess operating performance and set targets/themes for improvement.
  • Develop and manage companywide training and development programs.
  • Identify and anticipate Corporate and Region Human Resources challenges.
  • Identify and promote best practices across the Group and capture synergiesBenchmark Human Resources practices against external organizations.

  • As a Learning & Development Partner at ArcelorMittal, you will play a key role in advancing our company’s vision and strategy by fostering a learning culture and supporting digital transformation in learning technologies.

Main responsibilities and accountabilities:

  • Supporting the development and deployment of global learning and development programs and initiatives, such as leadership development, health & safety, and diversity and inclusion.
  • Administering and optimizing digital learning solutions, such as the Learning Management System, the Learning Experience Platform, and the DigitalLibrary, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, such as subject matter experts, content creators, vendors, and learners, to design, deliver, and evaluate impactful learning interventions.
  • Defining and implementing strategies for empowering experts and content creators to produce and share quality learning content across the organization.

Keeping a strategic watch on learning technologies and trends, identifying and proposing innovative solutions that meet the current and future needs of the business.

What are we lookingfor?

Experience:

  • Min. 5 years of experience acquired in the Learning &Development function.
  • A previous and relevant experience in e-learning, learning design and training principles is required.
  • A solid knowledge of learning theories, methodologies, and best practices, as well as digital learning tools and platforms.
  • A strong customer orientation and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse and geographically dispersed teams.
  • A creative and proactive mindset,with a passion for continuous learning and improvement.
  • Advanced knowledge of future of learning.
  • Good command of Learning platformsand ability with reporting/data
  • Ability to communicate orally and in writing in a clear,concise, and effectivemanner in English.
  • Having a provenexperience in largeand complex organizations and a strongrecord in managingprojects.
  • Ability to act and operateindependently to accomplish objectives.Experience out of Human Resourceswithin industry will be considered a plus.

  • Languages :
    English (advanced)
    Any other language will be considered as a plus (more specifically French, Spanish, Polish, and Portuguese)
    Education/qualification:
    Master (University degree)
