Description:

Job Summary: The Learning and Development Partner plays a critical role in the day-to-day Learning and Development (L&D) activities and within the broader People team. This role coordinates agreed L&D activities but also partners with line managers, other members of the L&D department, and HR. Activities include regularly interacting with employees and third-party training providers. The post-holder will work closely with the Learning and Development Manager to ensure the effective planning, booking, deployment and evaluation of training programmes.
They will be based at the Milton (Cambridge) Hospice, with the possibility of hybrid working. Responsibilities will involve occasional travel throughout the region. Responsibilities Develop robust process for planning, booking, reporting and training evaluation for Learning and Development programmes Lead responsibility for ensuring that training records are maintained in the Learning Management System Provide main contact point for the team, responding to queries that come into the teams shared email Inbox. Build and maintain relationships with third-party training providers.
Establish database of training providers and terms of business/contracts Manage the administration of the organisations apprenticeship schemes including management of levy funds and training agreements Ensure mandatory Learning and Development requirements are consistently delivered to meet statutory requirements and escalation process in place for 100% completion in agreed timescales. Help build a learning culture at EACH to support employee development by building development pathways in the Learning Management System Ensure that the onboarding and induction plans for new starters is kept up to date and refreshed as appropriate Support the set up of face to face learning programmes being run in house by the L&D Manager or external trainers as required Develop Learning KPIs for key stakeholders to showcase learning activities and performanc
