Join our client’s team at in Bunbury as a Leadership Coach and Learning & Development Partner on a rewarding 3-year fixed term contract. As a key member of their team, you will collaborate with the Learning & Development Manager APAC to enhance their talent pipeline, leadership capabilities, and operational efficiencies.
The ideal candidate will excel in a supportive environment with plenty of growth opportunities.
Responsibilities include;
- Coaching line leaders, team leaders and site leaders to excel in their roles,
- Implementing a structured coaching program,
- Delivering strategic learning & development initiatives,
- Collecting evaluation data, updating training information into the learning management system,
- Consulting with stakeholders to determine development & learning needs,
- Supporting & Coaching Site Trainers / Leaders,
- Facilitating development opportunities across the site, and designing training materials.
