Responsibilities:

As a Builders Academy Learning and Development Practitioner, you will provide support, coaching and mentoring to Workplace Apprenticeship Educators that focuses on:

  • Delivery of induction programs from an education perspective to new employees
  • A focus on support through frequent interaction, community of practices and getting alongside your colleagues out in industry.
  • Collaborate with managers and quality assurance to identify learning needs and design training programs that upskill apprenticeship workplace educators.
  • Perform various moderation functions to ensure consistency
  • Help guide the organisation towards a digital teaching, earning and assessment environment
