About the job
The Learning and Development Specialist will be responsible for the oversight and execution of all learning initiatives across the Group. This includes the design and execution of the curriculum, preparation of a TNA, compilation of the WSP, reporting on ROI, maintenance of all learning reports and advising on improvements to the Group’s learning and development needs
