This role would suit you if you’re passionate about knowledge-sharing and fostering growth! Our Fashion client has a Learning & Development Specialist role for you!
You’ll be instrumental in cultivating the skills and knowledge of their Retail employees, driving performance in key areas such as store revenue and team engagement.

Snapshot of responsibilities include:

  • Creating a 12-month L&D Roadmap.
  • Designing and delivering training initiatives.
  • Implementing change management processes.
  • Track, report and consult with stakeholder groups to solve issues on each project.

Requirements include proven experience as a trainer, strong interpersonal skills, and a qualification in Training and Assessment, HR, or Business is a plus!
Retail experience is a must for this role.
