We are currently looking for a Learning Experience Designer (all genders) based in Berlin or working remotely.

Responsibilities:
- Learning Experience Design: Apply your expert knowledge of learning experience design to create effective and engaging learning experiences for our B2C learners
- Learning Format Design: Innovate and design new learning formats that align with Lingoda’s educational and commercial goals, in particular around developing closed group and exam preparation courses
- Content design and delivery: Design and deliver new learning curricula and learning content, either individually or supported by a freelance team of content authors
- Digital Education teamwork: Support with a wide range of diverse initiatives within the Digital Education team to learning value across our different languages
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing, Product Managers, UX Designers, researchers, engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver new learning experiences and course offerings
