Description:
The Agent Readiness Team is tasked with delivering a best-in-class experience to newly contracted and existing agents as they certify for client programs. As a Learning Facilitation Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering a successful virtual training and onboarding experience to independent contractors. This is a seasonal, part-time contract opportunity. Hours per week will vary dependent upon class schedules and could range from 10 to 35 hours per week.
The Purpose of Your Role
As the agent-facing component of this interdependent virtual training team, you will deliver agent certification processes to a large virtual contractor population by facilitating virtual classroom learning sessions, assisting agents with client systems, and communicating agent trends with the certification team to drive positive results. A successful Specialist will create an environment where agents learn new skills and knowledge, collaborate with each other on best practices, and feel comfortable asking questions. This position plays a pivotal role in improving the lives of Liveops agents.
The Qualifications We’re Looking For
- 3-5 years’ experience delivering curriculum, virtual preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Healthcare background preferred
- Experience in high-volume training of adult learners through blended learning
- Proven ability to remain composed and positive in high-stress situations while on camera
- Ability to effectively facilitate prepared instructional materials with limited prior subject knowledge
- Thorough knowledge of virtual classrooms such as GoToMeeting, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, etc.
- Capacity to multi-task and handle impromptu changes in direction
- General knowledge of Microsoft Office suite

- Host virtual classroom sessions for audiences of up to 500 adult learners
- Learn various systems and troubleshoot with agents
- Provide support to certifying agents via various communication channels
- Accurately document agent progress using Liveops reporting tools
- Actively participate in a large virtual team
- Fulfill additional responsibilities as required within the scope of the position
