Position Title: Learning Management System Analyst
Team and Location: Talent Management, People & Culture - Calgary, AB
Salary: $73,000/year

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Learning Management System (LMS) Analyst will perform key administrative, analytical and coordination support of the LMS. This position is a multifaceted role that requires an understanding of integrated learning systems and the ability to work with multiple teams and business units daily. The Analyst will collaborate closely with stakeholders and subject matter experts to ensure alignment between learning needs, business objectives and regulatory requirements, as applicable.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

Post-secondary education or equivalent 2 years experience in information systems.
Experience with an LMS system(s).
Strong customer service skills.
Ability to handle and prioritize multiple projects or tasks with competing deadlines.
Understanding of project reporting requirements.
Strong literacy and communication skills.
