ABOUT THE TEAM

The Learning & Communications team is part of our Customer Experience area. This team regularly interacts with our Customer Success, Implementation, Tech Support, and Product teams as a pivot to gather insights on users’ understanding of Emi. The input of our Learning Managers is vital to help drive initiatives such as video demos, tutorials, product enhancements, and adoption efforts.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

You’ll be in charge of creating digital training content, and designing and developing effective training strategies and experiences for our end users. As a Learning Manager, you’ll develop a program that enables continuous learning with the according proof of it. Finally, you’ll be responsible for designing a learning strategy for the entire lifecycle of a customer.

TASKS

• Understand the client training needs and the impacted audience to develop a learning syllabus.
• Implement effective training dynamics to generate a fast adoption of the platform.
• Generate creative digital training content and online learning experiences for end-users.
• Create courses and certification programs leveraged on Change Management strategies.
• Design a learning strategy for the entire lifecycle of a customer, working side-by-side with Emi´s internal teams (Sales, Product, Tech).
