ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Our Learning and Talent Services team delivers best practice, end-to-end learning technology services and solutions across the learning and talent ecosystem. Our services and solutions are compliant with GxP, OpEx, regulatory and other relevant standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Central Administrator in Novartis Learning and Talent related systems, in compliance with regulatory requirements, Novartis Pharma Quality Manual, and other relevant procedures as applicable.
- Perform and deliver high quality GxP and Non-GxP training activities in Novartis Learning Management System (Cornerstone)
- Ensure compliance to Novartis internal quality standards, relevant regulatory requirements, and service level agreement (SLA)
- Deliver high-quality service using applications like SNow, Internal Training Tools, SharePoint etc.
- Manage learning programs and curricula, understand, and document processes and effectively use Learning Management System and related tools.
- Respond to queries and manage issues relating to the learning programs and Learning Management Systems.
