Working closely with a team of lease administrators you will report to the Head of Lease admin and take responsibility for the following duties:
- To accurately input all lease information, and changes to existing leases
- Maintain all lease admin data
- Assist with lease audits
- Ensure all copies of lease documents correspond with the database
- Collaborate with property managers, accountants, center managers, and legal teams

To be considered for this stand out opportunity you will need the following skills and experience:
- Previous experience in the property industry, in particular as a lease administrator, paralegal or lawyer
- Experience in a high-volume administrative role with conflicting priorities
- Exceptional administration, time management and organisation skills with strong attention to detail
- Solid understanding of common lease terms and retail legislation in various jurisdictions
- A proactive and self-motivated view when problem-solving ability
- Experience using lease databases/systems favorable
- Understanding of lease administration processes, commercial leases, lease terminology and financial/legal obligations of tenants and landlords
- Proficiency and comprehensive knowledge in lease management systems, databases and software
- Demonstrated ability to maintain and manage accurate data and numeracy.
- To be able to work independently and be able to meet strict deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills;
- The ability to demonstrate a strong attention to detail is essential;
- The desire to achieve agreed outcomes is essential.
