Responsibilities:
As a Contract Leasing Administrator - Residential with Hines, you will be responsible for partnering with the Two Park Central team pertaining to the property’s leasing and administrative activities. You will also provide a high level of customer service to prospects and residents. This role is anticipated to be a 10 month contract with the potential for renewal pending on community need. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Engage with prospects and residents, fostering an ongoing, positive relationship while confirming their expectations are being fulfilled and their questions are being answered

  • Process and respond to a variety of customer and resident inquiries/leads relating to Two Park Central
  • Call back prospects to answer questions and schedule tours and move-in orientations
  • Communicate the application process to prospects
  • Answer phones and emails
  • Assist the Leasing Professionals with the leasing tasks and communication process
  • Build relationships with prospective and future residents to ensure satisfaction

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements include:

  • High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution
  • Prior customer service experience is required
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Entrata experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to work in fast paced environments
  • On occasion, perform physical inspections of the property which may include climbing up and down stairs or accessing restrictive openings
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays when required
