Description:
JOB SUMMARY
Our client is a respected property development and investment company with a record of more than 10 years of success. Specializing primarily in commercial and retail properties, they are currently spearheading the development of a high-end mixed-use precinct in KwaZulu-Natal. Proudly handling the property management of their extensive portfolio in-house, they are on the hunt for a leasing administrator to join their expanding team.
To this end, the role will be based at their offices in Umhlanga and will involve facilitating the smooth operation of the leasing team. This will entail drafting lease agreements and offers to lease, keeping the filing system up to date and ensuring compliance with all paperwork and FICA documentation. Further, you will be required to assist senior team members with various ad-hoc duties, as required.
The ideal candidate will reside in close proximity to Umhlanga and possess a minimum of 3 to 4 years of leasing administration experience. A Grade 12 level of education is a prerequisite, coupled with relevant qualifications as mandated by the Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority (PPRA). Additionally, candidates must hold a valid Fidelity Fund Certificate (FFC), demonstrating their commitment to professionalism and compliance within the property sector.
