You will…

  • Provide a professional and personable leasing experience to our prospects throughout the lead to lease process
  • Perform daily prospect property tours
  • Perform clerical duties by assisting with the processing of rental applications and leases
  • Assist in implementing marketing initiatives
  • Maintain awareness of local market trends and conditions through continuous research
  • Assist management with the completion of daily, weekly, and monthly reporting
