REQUIREMENTS:

• A certificate of registration is a must, as is a coach-able attitude with a growth mindset
• You must have a driver’s license, a car, and be a local on the northern beaches.

• Showing properties via appointments and opens.
• Processing application forms
• Advising the marketing team on properties for opens
• Some landlord liaison
• In-going inspections
