ABOUT THE ROLE:

Play a key role in driving operational success in a brand new, premium residential development, in the emerging Build to Rent (BTR) asset class. Expected to be completed mid-year, the Leasing Manager will be responsible for driving the leasing on this high-end development consisting of 211 apartments. This company has a growing pipeline of projects and partnerships with corporate, private and Institutional clients across Australia.

DUTIES:

• Provide strategic Real Estate expertise to maximise leasing opportunities
• Adopt a mix of short- and long-term strategies to retain and nurture existing residents
• Sell the benefits of build to rent, including the premium services offered in the building
• Maintain the database, including data entry through the CRM tools
• Work with the General Manager to discuss maximising resident amenity and ancillary revenue partnerships

THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR THIS ROLE:

• Prior leasing experience in residential property management
• Strong commercial acumen
• Demonstrated understanding of state legislation and leasing process
• Ability to think on your feet, and to resolve problems as they arise
• Strong communication and ability to manage and nurture relationships
