Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target prospective tenants through market research, networking, and outreach efforts to ensure optimal occupancy levels.
  • Negotiate lease terms and conditions, including rental rates, lease duration, and tenant improvement allowances, while maximizing revenue and minimizing vacancies.
  • Foster positive relationships with existing tenants, addressing their concerns promptly and effectively to enhance tenant satisfaction and retention.
  • Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and demographic shifts to inform leasing strategies and pricing decisions.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote available spaces, utilizing various channels such as online listings, signage, and brokerage networks.
  • Oversee the preparation and execution of lease agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Monitor leasing performance metrics, including occupancy rates, leasing velocity, and rental revenue, and develop strategies to achieve leasing targets.
  • Collaborate closely with property management, marketing, and development teams to align leasing activities with overall business objectives.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations on leasing activities, market conditions, and performance metrics for senior management review.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial real estate leasing, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-making.
  • In-depth knowledge of leasing principles, lease terms, and legal requirements.
  • Proficiency in leasing software and Microsoft Office Suite.
