Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
Your primary responsibility will be to enhance our client’s leasing operations. You’ll play a pivotal role in creating positive experiences for prospective tenants by acting as the first point of contact, providing detailed property information, and conducting personalized property tours. Your tasks will include processing lease applications, preparing and reviewing lease agreements, and offering administrative support to ensure smooth and efficient leasing processes. With your strong communication skills and customer service orientation, you will not only assist in marketing our client’s properties but also help maintain high tenant satisfaction and retention rates. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Serve as the initial point of contact for prospective tenants.
Conduct tours of available properties, showcasing the features and amenities to prospective tenants.
Assist with the lease application process.
Prepare, review, and ensure the execution of lease agreements.
Maintain organized and accurate records of rental inquiries, applications, leases, and tenant information.
Support marketing efforts for rental properties through the creation of listings, advertising vacancies across various channels, and keeping property information up to date.
Assist in rent collection, ensuring timely payments and accurate record-keeping.
Address tenant inquiries and facilitate high tenant satisfaction.
