QUALIFICATIONS

• Education – High school diploma and post-secondary education in sales and/or marketing. RECA license in Property Management is an asset.
• Experience – 1-2 years experience in sales in customer-focused industries. Background in sales and/or hospitality industry an asset.
• Relationship Skills– Highly motivated and driven; collaborative attitude. Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills; ability to develop and sustain cooperative working relationships with other staff on the leasing team; committed to building relationships with property staff and residents.
• Organizational/Multi-Task Skills – Ability to allocate one’s time effectively, work under pressure andmanage tight deadlines; ability to achieve quality results ability to handle multiple demands and competing priorities and adapt to new ideas and constant changes; results-oriented, detail-oriented and accurate.
• Availability - The Leasing Representative’s role requires flexible working hours with some weekend and evening work. Flexibility to work month-end regardless of weekend or statutory holiday status is necessary.
• Computer Skills – Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms. Experience with Yardi and/ora CRM platform an asset.
• Police Clearance – A criminal verification check is required for employment.
