Responsibilities:

We’re seeking to appoint a Lecturer or Associate Professor in Geospatial Data Science to strengthen our world leading Geospatial research and teaching. You’ll conduct innovative and impactful research by developing and applying advanced computational methods to analyse and interpret geospatial data through application(s) focused on one or more of the following areas: sustainability, environmental change, climate change, health. You’ll be part of Southampton Geospatial, with potential to join the leadership team and shape its future strategy.
You’re expected to contribute to geospatial teaching in one or more undergraduate or post-graduate teaching programmes within the school with the opportunity to develop new modules in geospatial data science at master’s level.
