Description:
BACKGROUND
The Digital Technologies, Communication and Education (DTCE) programme sits within a dynamic team exploring the intersection of AI, design and education, particularly with regards to issues such as digital inequality, digital development and digital sustainability. The DTCE programme includes two taught Master’s pathways: an on-campus programme running for almost 20 years with approximately 120 students per cohort, and a smaller distance learning programme catering to 10-20 students annually. Our team actively contributes to the DTCE Research and Scholarship Group, helping drive theoretical and practical innovations across a range of substantive areas, particularly with regards to the implications of generative artificial intelligence for education. This post is part of a strategic investment in the growth of the programme, with the intention of recruiting an ambitious colleague with a broad agenda who will fully participate in the next phase of our expansion.
