Description:
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS
- A PhD or Masters degree in a relevant field (e.g. an MBA), or equivalent professional accreditation;
- Established record of teaching excellence in relevant courses, and promise of teaching excellence in the case of early career individuals or individuals outside of academia;
PREFERABLE QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS
- Ph.D. or equivalent, or equivalent professional accreditation and professional experience of at least 5 years;
- Evidence of efforts to foster safer spaces for equity-deserving groups;
- Experience teaching larger introductory undergraduate courses;
- Experience with online teaching and pedagogical innovation.
The Department of Finance is home to eight full-time faculty members who work collegially to accomplish our goals. Our faculty distinguish themselves as authors who deploy a range of research methods that result in high-quality publications in different marketing outlets.
