The Faculty of Science and Health delivers flexible, innovative teaching programs which provide graduates with the skills and knowledge to build a career, advance their profession and contribute to their community. The School of Dentistry and Medical Sciences is a multi-campus, academic unit. The School offers a suite of undergraduate and postgraduate courses both onshore and offshore in a range of health disciplines including: dentistry, oral health therapy, medical radiation science, pharmacy, health and medical science, medical laboratory science, and food science and nutrition.
Our world-class facilities and industry connections allow our students to get hands-on experience. Our researchers also make a practical, real-world difference with the projects they undertake.

  An exciting opportunity exists to join our highly regarded Dentistry discipline responsible for producing work-ready graduates and preparing professionals to practice in urban, rural and regional community settings.
  Support students’ development of pre-clinical and clinical skills in the University’s state-of-the-art teaching facilities, including the Simulation clinic, Dental Technology and Anatomy laboratories, and the Charles Sturt Dental and Oral Health clinics.
  Actively contribute to teaching, research and curriculum development, teaching a range of relevant subjects. The successful candidate will also have an opportunity to develop and progress an active research profile aligned to the strategic direction of the School.
  This position is offered as a full-time continuing position on the Orange campus, but a part-time appointment may be negotiated with the successful applicant. Generous financial assistance is available to help you relocate to take up this leadership opportunity.
  The opportunity to provide clinical services in the Charles Sturt Oral Health and Dental Clinics upon negotiation with the Dean of Dentistry and Oral Health and the Clinical Director may be considered.
