Description:

Robert Half is on the search for a skilled Administrative Assistant to fill a short-term contract / temporary to hire position with a company in the Legal field. As the Administrative Assistant, you will take the lead on all legal administrative and office support duties, which should be completed with a positive mindset. Your responsibilities

  • Support other administrative staff with overflow work, including word processing, data entry and Internet research tasks
  • Correspond with all incoming telephone calls
  • Maintain schedules and calendars
  • Get involved with and support diverse projects
  • Copywrite accurate correspondences
  • Handle the ordering of office and kitchen supplies
  • Help greet and direct visitors
  • File various office and legal documents
  • Iron out travel arrangements and process expense reports
  • Execute incoming mail according to specified procedures
  • Faxing, word processing, and filing
  • Proven ability to use the internet for research
  • At least 2+ years of Administrative Assistant experience, preferably in a legal environment- Excellent written/verbal communication and organizational skills
  • Capable computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems
  • Practical knowledge of Scanning Documents
  • Phone Operations experience desired
  • Mail distribution experience preferred
  • Good understanding of copying
  • Background working with scanning
  • General familiarity with scanning
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Outgoing Mail Packages
  • Mail distribution experience preferred
  • Earlier work involving Scanning Documents
  • Scan Documents experience highly preferred
  • Sort Incoming Mail experience
  • Adeptness in Prepare Outgoing Mail
  • Proficiency in Mail Packages
