Clark Wilson LLP seeks talented Legal Administrative Assistants to join our Legal Administrative Assistant Float Team. This is a full-time, permanent role reporting to the Manager of Legal Support Services and Recruitment of Other Professionals.

Responsibilities:

  • drafting, preparing, editing and formatting various legal documents and correspondence;
  • preparing transaction books as required;
  • setting court dates and communicating with registries;
  • arranging court filings and applications;
  • preparing and drafting various correspondence and documents, including court pleadings;
  • maintaining efficient file management and bring forward system;
  • maintaining a full calendar, email management, and managing lawyers’ practice;
  • assisting with billing throughout the litigation group, as required;
  • liaising with legal assistants, paralegals, other lawyers, and clients on file progress; and
  • general administrative duties as required.
