Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Review, advise and deal with all legal and regulatory projects, cases,matters, etc. for the Group and external clients;
  • Draft, review, negotiate and manage and advise on a wide range of contracts for the Group and external clients, including BP agreements, Terms of Business, NDAs, services agreements, outsource agreement, technology contracts, intra-group agreement, engagement letters, marketing agreements and other agreement as required.
  • Draft, amend and keep up to date essential documentation, e.g. clientonboarding documents, policies, procedures, manuals, handbook,regulatory reports, etc.;
  • Oversee the work of the legal and compliance team;
  • Develop trainee solicitor programme, manage and supervise trainees; help clients to identify and mitigate any legal/regulatory risks that clientsmay expose to;
  • help the clients to ensure compliance by adhering to all applicable domestic and international laws, regulations and relevant requirements;Deal with external parties, including but not limited to regulators, external counsel, auditors, partners and contractors, etc.;
  • Ad-hoc support on any new tasks assigned from time to time.
