Provide end to end support for the legal and corporate secretarial function of PFA.
PFA Legal & Corporate Secretarial Executive
- Lead the preparation and conduct of all Prudential Financial Advisers Singapore Pte Ltd (“PFA”) quarterly Board meetings.
- Independently schedule all PFA of Board meetings, prepare the Board agenda, speaker list and applicable topics for the PFA Board and arrange for annual Board trainings for the PFA Board.
- Take minutes of each Board in view of submission to the Monetary Authority of Singapore (“MAS”).
- Be well versed in all appliable corporate governance regulations including but not limited to the MAS Guidelines on Corporate Governance, applicable MAS Notices (MAS 106) and/or Insurance (Corporate Governance) Regulations 2013.
- Independently draft regulatory related documents and/or act as the primary regulatory liaison officer for PFA re corporate secretarial matters with the MAS.
- Assist PFA legal counsel in all PFA related legal work including but not limited to contract review, drafting, liaising with PFA stakeholders and/or execution of contracts.
