Responsibilities:
THE ROLE
Supporting up to Partner level, you will be an integral member of the team who works across Corporate Banking & Finance matters. Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Liaise with clients and other external parties;
- Prepare and amend documents;
- File and diary management;
- Biling; and
- Court filing and creating briefs.
