WHAT WE NEED

  • Possess a legal degree from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a legal assistant role.
  • Specialized knowledge and practical experience in employment or commercial law.
  • Proven experience in drafting, reviewing, and editing contracts.
  • Strong legal research and analytical skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • High proficiency in English.
  • Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Keen attention to detail and accuracy in legal documentation.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within a legal team.
  • Physically based in the Philippines

Responsibilities:

  • Review contracts, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Suggest corrections and alternations for legal agreements/ contracts.
  • Conduct legal research on matters related to employment or commercial law.
  • Analyze legal issues and provide valuable insights to support decision-making processes.
  • Maintain organized records of legal documents, contracts, and correspondence.
  • Ensure the accessibility and integrity of legal files.
  • Stay abreast of changes in employment and commercial laws to ensure ongoing compliance.
  • Assist in developing and implementing processes to ensure adherence to legal requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams, external legal entities, and clients.
  • Collaborate with team members to facilitate smooth legal operations.
  • Provide administrative support if needed
