Responsibilities:

YOUR NEW ROLE

Working in close collaboration with other members in the team you will:

  • Creation, modification, and control of documents using the document management system;
  • Performing property enquiries accurately as occasionally required;
  • Supervision of funds in trust accounts;
  • Active scheduling and arrangement of meetings;
  • Undertaking occasional banking activities;
  • Assisting proactively in handling high-volume development and leasing files; and
  • Working in conjunction with other Legal Assistants within the team and throughout the larger Brisbane office.
