As a Legal Assistant, you’ll be at the heart of legal operations, providing invaluable support to the team of professionals.
Your Responsibilities:
- Organizing and scheduling shareholder and board meetings.
- Drafting standard corporate documents, including shareholder and board resolutions.
- Handling filings with the commercial register.
- Collecting and organizing signatures.
- Updating and maintaining share registers and databases.
- Managing and filing legal documents.
- Assisting experienced Legal Specialists in providing corporate secretarial services to clients.
- Liaising with external parties, such as notaries, international law firms, and banks.
- Coordinating with other departments.
Your profile:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role in Luxembourg.
- Demonstrated diligence, reliability, and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
- Ability to thrive in an international, collaborative work environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Fluency in French; proficiency in English and German will be advantageous
