Description:

REQUIRED SKILLS AND PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES:

Demonstrated administrative support experience within a legal environment
Outstanding organisational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to prioritise tasks and commitments to meet deadlines
High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office (including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel)
Advanced understanding of billing processes, using CMS/Aderant or other finance related software
Ability to develop and foster excellent professional relationships internally and with clients

Responsibilities:

Liaising with clients, health practitioners and other stakeholders
Preparation of correspondence, briefs to counsel and other legal documents
Court filing
File management and matter opening
Diary and calendar management, including scheduling meetings
Billing, time coding and reporting
Assisting with travel and accommodation bookings
