    We are recruiting for one of our top clients who have a rare opportunity for an experienced Legal Assistant to join the Property team of its Sydney office where the focus of the work will involve a mix of property and planning law.     This new full-time, permanent opportunity will see you supporting a small team of highly accoladed Partners, renowned in their specialised areas of expertise. You will have the benefit of being able to work from home 2 days every week and the ability to enjoy the CBD working life all at the same time!

As the successful person for this role, you will hold the legal support experience required (no less than two years) to be able to successfully manage all facets of legal administrative support within the practice, including:

  • Preparing, amending and collating large documents;
  • Diary management including meeting and travel coordination;
  • Managing expenses and billing;
  • Liaising with clients and building a rapport with the Partners clients in order to keep them abreast of their active matters; and
  • Email and file management and lots, lots more!

To be considered for this position you will have solid experience working within a private practice law firm supporting lawyers. You will possess outstanding communication skills, excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.

Responsibilities:
