If you are a Legal Assistant who wants to work In-House for a growing company in Baltimore County, this could be the job for you! Real Estate experience a plus but not required!
Your responsibilities in this role
Organizing and managing due diligence requests
Scanning, organizing and filing legal documents
Maintaining legal files
Completing and tracking incoming and outgoing forms and documents
Creating and completing checklists and closing binders
Multi-tasking and working on several large projects at one time
Preparing, organizing and assembling large and complex mailings

Proofreading & editing documents

• Experience assisting lawyers in preparing for transactional closings
• 3+ years of previous legal work experience and a dedication to integrity

Bachelors’ Degree preferred
